to the hospital. jenny joyce live at the scene in frankford with the very latest on exactly what happened. jenny. report gore morning, lauren. well, as of sun is coming up we're getting a better idea of what happened overnight. look at that pile of debris. that's now sitting in front of this home here on the 1300 block of ruin street in the frankford section of the city. the fire is under investigation right now. but officials tell us the early indication is that this fire was intentionally set. fire crews responded to a call here just after 11:30 last night. the initial report was for fire on the first floor of the home. a 17-year-old was transported to saint christopher's hospital for smoke inhalation. as fire crews unleashed the hoses an tack the hot spots, it was placed under control by 1:0. that's when the investigation began. right now we don't know where the fire started or who else aside from the victim may have been home or in the area at the time of the fire. the good news that we know right now is that the hospitalized teen is expected to be okay.

lauren? >> jenny joyce, thank you so much. 7:04. let's get to this on the overnight fire. crews were busy battling flames at a home in north philadelphia. that fire broke out around 4:30 this morning in the 1800 block of north 24th street. investigators still trying to figure out what caused the fire. luckily though no one was hurt. and in bucks county, a serious accident sends at least two people to the hospital overnight. it happened on us1 near pine street in langhorne. police tell us three cars were involved in the crash. all with significant damage. we're still waiting for an update on what caused that crash to happen. a shocking twist in a new jersey murder investigation. dr. james kauffman who was facing murder charges for his wife's death is found dead in his new jersey jail cell. just two and a half weeks ago dr. kauffman was arrested for hiring a hit man to kill his wife radio host april kauffman. this was back in 2012. sources say he left behind a suicide note in his hudson county jail cell yesterday

morning. reports say he waited until his cell mate was taken out for a court appearance. it's believed he used a bed sheet to take his life. we spoke to april kauffman's daughter earlier this month shortly after dr. kauffman was charged with murder. >> for the past five and a half years, i have felt like i've been holding my breath. i think for the first time today i can actually breathe. >> prosecutors say the investigation into april kauffman's death will continue. bill cosbys month lawyers have accused of prosecutors of with holding evidence they say could have helped his defense in his sexual assault trial. lawyers argue prosecutors told them last week about an interview last year with a former temple university colleague who said cosby's accuser andrea couldn't can't stand told her she was not sexually assaulted but could make up allegations to sue and get money. now, cosbys lawyers are asking the judge to throw out the case before prosecutors get a chance to retry him in april. a local teenager in trouble

with the law after police say he made threats towards his former high school. the threats posted on social media include add picture of someone holding a gun and a statement threatening the high school in wilmington. investigators say the post came from 14-year-old boy who was recently removed from the school. the teenager is in custody and facing charges. several students tenches from north philadelphia school town to the hospital after carbon monoxide seeped into the classroom i happened at the william loesche school. some students and a second grade class started to get sick. so they called the fire department and evacuated the students. >> we're in the lunch room, and i don't know we heard the bells and everyone started screaming and jumping out of their seats, and our janitor said, like, get them outside. >> scary stuff. the fumes came from a generator on the roof as a precaution the entire class 26 students and four staff members were taken to the hospital for observation. school officials say everyone is

>> ross compared the event to when the city hosted the democratic national convention in 2016 saying officers will be ready if there's any trouble anywhere. let's keep it classy, philadelphia. it's a scandal that rock the sport of gymnastics and this morning there's even more fallout from the sections sexual abuse cases against former team dr. larry nassar. the entire usa gymnastics board has agreed to resign. the decision is one of six demands the us olympic committee laid out in a letter to the organization. this week nassar was sentenced to 175 years in prison for sexually assaulting young female athletes. more than i wasn't 50 women and girls said in court he abuse the them over the past two decades. nassar is due back in court on january 31st. you may not know this face but you know the name. billionaire casino mow tylostyle steve wynn facing allegations of sexual harassment. dozens of employees are claiming he sexualized them in the workplace even pressuring some of them to perform sex acts.

update on exactly how that crash happened. now to a developing story a shocking twist in a new jersey murder investigation. dr. james kauffman who was facing murder charges for his wife's death is found dead inside his new jersey jail cell. just two and a half weeks ago, dr. kauffman was arrested for hiring a hit man to kill his wife radio host april kauffman back in 2012. sources say he left behind a suicide note in his hudson county jail cell yesterday morning. reports say he waited until his cell mate was taken out for court appearance. it's believed he used a bed sheet to take his life. we spoke to april kauffman's daughter earlier this month shortly after dr. kauffman was charged with her mother's murd murder. >> for the past five and a half years i have felt like i've been holding my breath. i think for the first time time today i can actually breathe. >> prosecutors say the investigation into april kauffman's death will continue. bill cosby's lawyers have accused of prosecutors of with holding evidence that they say could have helped his defense in

and bunch of cities in indiana and seattle and in portland all the major cities in arizona and in texas. you name it we're cupping to city near you. >> i even saw hamster food down one aisle. you real dollar have it all. so raphael and yaki you guys met in drexel. talk a little.about we're featuring the underdog of the philadelphia eagles. talk about you're young, you're in college. how did you take this idea and build a business? can you inspire some of our viewers? >> yes, sure. so i met raphael in college. i was a finance student. raphael was studying law and instantly both in business 101 class became good friends, and by sophomore year i was the one with a car out of the friends group. i was driving of one 7eleven, to cvs and realized like i'm done doing favors and there has to be better way to get convenience store products delivered. so that's when we thought of the idea when we told our parents, we told our friends they thought we were crazy. like, you know, just finish school, you guys if you want to start a business just graduate and just go the traditional route and we went against what

everyone thought was right for us and we started the business junior year of college. raphael and myself were doing deliveries for six months. didn't hire a single employee until we were doing hundreds of deliveries a day. and little by little became profitable started expanding more markets and history after that. so -- >> piece of advice to these people out that thinking of starting a business. go for it, right. >> go for it.
