reason why they got a fisa warrant. >> it alleges bias by steele's and he was desperate that donald trump like elected. james comey, the former fbi director who was fired blasted the memo on twitter asking, that's it? insane the release wreck the intel community and destroy trust. democrats say it's part of a bigger strategy. >> the president hopes this memo will help make the case against the fbi and department of justice will ultimately undermine bob mueller. >> they believe the house will release the democrat memo. that would have to be okayed by the president. >> thank you. let's bring back the panel to break it down. from a legal perspective, the democrats have got themselves all tripped up. there's no way to separate the russia collusion allegation that have gone on for a year. i don't think from the now alleged political motivation of the fbi.
3:08 am
that should concern democrats and republicans. >> that's what was intended by leaking the memo. take a look back, we have situation under the bush administration we set up the fisa court which is the next step in the investigation. it just means the continued investigation at a higher level and allocating more resources. >> this started with the allegation of prostitutes and urinating -- you been talking about impeachment. does the evidence not matter? just whatever takes to get trump out? >> i do believe in democracy. if you're going to impeach the president you need substantial evidence. i don't like trump but if we say trump is bad, kick his butt out of there, we don't need proof what does that say to other
