suspended over comments he made about the deadly florida school shooting, which happened as a matter of fact a week ago tomorrow. there is an ap history teacher named timothy locke placed on leave after he expressed concerns to his students and his history class, they had an opened forum. and, south florida shooting was brought up. he said well, he was in the military, air force, iraq and he was concerned that it happened at his school cherry hill east was the school safe enough, should they have armed guard. complete discussion. >> they are chanting, clapping , maybe they are saying something. this is sky fox. we cannot hear what they were saying. earlier they were walking around the track near where the football stadium is. >> yes. >> talking to one of the dads and his daughter was telling him that the plan was to walk

around the field on the track, football field, track 17 times in honor of the 17 people that lost their lives. >> interesting, students frequently used to have sit in s or to have something that they thought was perfect to demonstrate and they are very orderly, respectful, sitting and they want to make sure their points are heard. the kids are really dealing with this because it is affecting their lives. we see, so many school shootings this year already and this is something they are legitimately concern about their safety at schools. this is a very big school, very large. >> yes. >> right there, it is, on their minds. not just saying words but taking some action. >> school board meeting tonight, it will be packed would i imagine. they need to talk this out. why was he suspended this teacher, did they think it was in a prep eighth they brought up safety concerns in front of

the students. we have word that the teacher went to administrators and talk about his concern before the class happened. >> nothing about this whole discussion is easy. if it was easy the greater problem would be solved, arguing about it in congress, president, different side of the gun battle issue. just why is there strong passion. >> why is this discussion going on longer than other school shootings two weeks into this? because of the age of the students. >> because of what they are doing not just their age. >> they are not just little kids, they are passionate, young, intelligent and they are driving the conversation. >> it is times, we have had high schools where students are saying, this is time we are not going to have anymore after this and big walk out march 14th across this country and they are saying maybe it is enough for us. >> think about these kids they are 15, 16, 17, 18, all they have known in their lives are school shootings.
