zell and one of his specialties is estate planning. thanks for joining us. >> thank you for having me. >> when people are planning their final wishes, what are the things they should think of. >> one thing you don't want to put in your will is designation of where you want to be buried or how you want your body to be taken care of. that is a big mistake because it has to go through pro bait and the court system. so it is difficult to access your will and by the time you access the will or have power under the be will to do something it may be too late. what people recommend, what i recommend is that you have a letter of instruction, and in virginia you can have a notarized funeral instruction which says whether you want to be buried or cremated, whether you are interested in having a religious ceremony or something along those lines. >> that way you find out your needs will be taken care of. >> it is easy accessible. >> there is a pre-need funeral

contract are those something to think about. >> it is an alternative. it is saying you want to prepay for your funeral in advance. one of the things you want to ask about is what if i want to cancel the contract, can i get a money back? what if i move to a different state, is it still valid and what if i have to have my body transported. some questions may not reveal good answers for you and have your attorney review the contract because they are expitch from $6,500 to 16,000, $20,000. so definitely think about it before you enter to one of those contracts and an alternative is open an account, put money in it and leave with somebody you love to take care of you. w thank yo to howard with a look at no the y vedan-forecast. da will see temperatures today in the 80-degree range as ll book ht tigon we wiig ckbackin the 60s. we have a t logoing on. wednesday we will warm up to tomorrow's high. wednesday in to the mid-80s.
