we are taking a look out of baltimore from 95 and the bw parkway, nothing but green cars as you make your way to the beltway. andrea. this morning there's new urgency to the task of examining fire hydrants in the district. that is after the discovery that the one firefighters desperately needed last month had been mislabeled. 9 news now armando trull has more. >> reporter: fire hydrant 03553 on chain bridge road is now marked in red. it is a warning to firefighters it cannot supply enough water to help them do their job. however, on the night of the devastating fire that destroyed the mansion wasa had mislabeled the hydrant in blue. >> it has to be a mistake. >> reporter: a mistake that led firefighters to believe the water flow was 1500-gallons a minute when it was 300-gallons a minute. not enough to feed their hoses. >> that's distressing.
