for a $1,000 reward. sky nine, they have been over the virginia area where police, they are searching for a man responsible for this mess on the road. and it all started when the fairfax county police officer tried to pull that man over and the suspects took off. two miles later, he lost control of his truck, filling debris all over the road and crashed into a fence. the driver, they climbed out and then they took off on foot. sky nine, they also flew over a deadly boating accident this morning. the 77-year-old, harry jr. of county maryland, was driving around his boat at 11:15 last night in rock cold creek. that's when it ran into a stone jet. the paramedics, they rushed him to the hospital, but too late to save them. the cause of the crash is under investigation. the white house is taking the push for the healthcare reform online. the top aids to president barack obama, they asked supporters to forward an e-mail that lists the reasons to support the reforms and respond to some of the

it is not uncommon for them to practice at the summer heat. this year could be different for them. new guidelines have just come out on the best way to stop the heat-related injuries. >> reporter: for many student athletes, preseason practice is already underway. but playing too hard under the summer sun can lead to heatstroke. they are remembering collapsing during the football practice. i was disoriented and starting to freak out. >> reporter: he got overheated at a high school soccer practice. >> i was nauseous, like my head was spinning a little bit. i was getting a little dizzy. >> reporter: dr. robert gutland says it is all too common. >> dehydration injuries are right up there with the ankle sprains.

>> reporter: the heat can cause blood clots and kidney problems and others. last year, the 15-year-old died from heatstroke during the football practice in kentucky. since 1995, at least 29 high school players have died from heat-related illnesses. a part of the problem, there have been no set rules on how long or hard teams can practice in the sun. and this year, schools, they are getting guidance from thehlats association. ey say that only one daily practice is recommended during the first week lasting no longer than three hours. in the second week, tdouble prayti dn cecas t.star but kids, they need to rest for three hours in between. regular water breaks are a must. >> guidelines, they must start with the supervisory people, the coaches, knowing what the warning signs are of potential injuries. and thirst is the first one. >> they are not mandatory, but they hope that they adopt them so that kids could compete safely. okay, in addition to tháurs, experts say that the loss of appetite or sluggish
