another incident happened in less than a mile away at a complex out here on the terrace on sunday night. neighbors say a 56-year-old woman got out of her car and was walking her dog when she was approached by a man speaking to her in spanish. there was a brief struggle then and the woman got away. >> the descriptions are very similar. that's one reason why they think that these are linked. >> the two incidents happened out here who live here. that's terrible. >> i get concerned she's going to have to go in the middle of the night and what do you do? you can't go out in the middle of the night, you know, when it is dark out. as soon as i get up at 5:00, it's just dark. it just makes you very apprehensive. >> reporter: police, they can only give a very vague description at this hour. he's a hispanic male in his late 20s, five foot three and 130 pounds. police want to catch him as soon as possible before he strikes again. live in fair oaks, 9news now and wusa9.com.
