residence say that this is disturbing because it is the second similar type of incident for them and within a mile of each other just this week. on sunday, a 56-year-old woman was getting out of her car and walking her dog at a complex when a man tried to talk with her. when she ignored him, that's when police say the man grabbed her. and these two incidents have put residence on edge. >> last night, i was on the computer talking to some friends and i heard a helicopter going over and over and over again. i commented to my friends that the police, they must be looking for somebody. >> well, it scares me a lot. and i know i usually heard it happen at 8:00. so you know, i usually take her out around 8. so now i have been taking her out earlier. >> and police, they are hoping to put together a composite sketch by tomorrow. but for now, they only have a vague description to pass along tonight. and they say they are looking for a hispanic man in his late 20s, five foot three inches tall. and also 130 pounds. if you have seen him, go ahead,

injured passenger. medics rushed the 26-year-old, adam to the hospital. but he did not survive. police arrested the driver, the 25-year-old justin schuback. charged with driving under the influence and felony hit and run. tax liens on 5,000 properties were headed to the auction block. but now that process has been hotted for now. one of them complained in court that the city did not include all properties that owed back taxes. the city listed with more than 1200 due in overtaxes. they will review the judge's order and reschedule the auction for october. cutting another 100 to -- $100 to $200 million from the budget could soon be a look. o'malley says they do not know if they need to do that in order to break even. they could come next week when the revenue estimates are revised by the state board estimates. the federal government has

all right, something you should know about the swine flu. for months, experts say that paoepld would need two doses of the potential vaccine in order to make it effective. but a short time ago, they announced that one dose appears to be strong enough to predict adults. and that protection, they could start within just 10 days of taking the vaccine. the system's 127 schools currently have 43,1 97 students enrolled. that number is a significant increase from the 37,000 students which were enrolled in

home to find her apartment ransacked. >> i opened up the door and there were papers all over the floor, everything was really just deshovelled. >> reporter: guess how the thieves got in? >> a huge two and a half foot hole that had been punched in through the wall. >> it has been patched, but you can see where it was. megan says on the other side of this wall is a vacant apartment. >> and this apartment was actually unlocked and the door was left ajarred for several days in a row. >> contractors were doing work inside the vacant apartment. in another case, they were home on september 1 with her door unlocked when someone walked in. >> i heard a noise on the front door. and then all of a sudden this man came inside my apartment. and at which time i screamed and the man ran away. >> reporter: the property manager, travis says that the apartments had surveillance cameras at the time of the burglaries, but they did not record. and he says thatting management will now update the

out of the water. >> reporter: congress has approved some emergency spending from the stimulus funds to get those improvements done. dozens of rescuers work for hours to get a dog trapped from the case. pulled from a tube this morning. they tried to lure them with food and water eventually they just needed to dig to get to them. the dog was not hurt. the space shuttle discovery is less than an hour from landing another the kennedy station. >> this is the final leg of the 13 day mission to deliver supplies to the international space station. they needed to navigate around a small piece of the space junk before setting their course for home. the next shuttle launch is for november. lift off, lift off on the flight of the rocket and a new cargo ship that is headed for the international space station. as they head home, they launched their rocket to deliver the equipments to the international space station. more supplies could be shipped
