with electrical shocks after arrested. now to the search for a gunman last seen in a wheelchair. dc police say he shot a woman and then got away in his wheelchair before they arrived on the scene, happening around 1:00 in the afternoon right after the victim stepped off a metro bus on 8th street northeast. the suspect is described a black man in his 20s with a dark complex and long dread locks. police say he was wearing a white t-shirt, dark jeans, and last seen headed east on g street. while working two jobs, she lived a trouble free life according to the family members. that's why the murder is so mystify for investigators a week -f after the crime. scott broom is joining us live from the apartment complex where family members today. koát so, they peels for help -- scott, appeals for help. >> it is very difficult to watch some of the grief there going

have released the death of the 24-year-old, annie le, her body was found on sunday, stuffed inside a basement wall of the university research lab where he worked. news report say that the possible suspect is a fellow lab worker. police are not confirming any details. they will only say that they believe le was targeted, but this is no random attack. that's not making students feel any safer. >> it's still not nice to know that someone has not been caught. >> still scary. people are definitely locking their doors, like double checking. >> annie le was suppose to be married in past sunday. the very day her body was found. the three surviving children of dr. martin luther king jr. continue the fight against his estate. they say that their brother dexter misused funds from their late father's estate. dexter was not in court. he said that the siblings did not complain about his handling of the estates over years ago when they got their shares of

one of the first cases on their docket this year could be the long standing dispute between the name and logo to have their change in a case that began in federal court, 17 years ago today, they petition was filed to hear the matter before the highest court in the land. they sided with the redskins in the most recent lower court ruling. the supreme court will decide whether or not to hear the case sometime in the next few months. finally tonight, some grocery stores, they have fresher beef than others. at a convenience store in washington state, a couple of steers, they wandered in through the front door just stopping it in to pick up essentials. but wait for the good part. the cowboys who lost, they said that they ride in on the horseback to round up that. >> is that the cow pois -- cowboys? >> yes. they picked up a gallon of milk. we just lost to the penguins, we beat the rangers. so you know, i was there. i should remember. >> you know what you're talking about? >> rayly
