county and on wednesday the transportation authority announced the proposed tolls. >> pricing is set with two objectives in mind. one to make sure it is a congestion free roadway were that means once it is built the price goes up at rush hour to travel the route from shady grove to u.s. 1. it will cost .15 dollars at rush hour and 3:55 at off peak time. at $3 if you go -- add $3 without an e-zpass bringing the toll up to $9.15. the tolls are not yet set in stone. four hearings are scheduled in october. we will keep you posted on development. alex trevino, 9 news now and wusa9.com. pilots have joined with the relatives of those killed in a buffalo train crash last february to ask lawmakers for

tougher standards. representatives from the airline pilots association testified wednesday on captiol hill. the investigation in to that crash that killed 50 people has covered improper pilot training and fatigue. pilots say the workload is heavier at regional carriers and the pilots have been disciplined for calling in tired. a man faces up to seven years in prison. colin mckenzie gude pled guilty to possessing a destructive device. the police found bomb chemicals and shotguns. he will be sentenced in january and faces two to seven years behind bars. administrators at the george washington university hospital are hoping you can help identify a patient. the woman was recently admitted but she doesn't know who she is. she is 58 years old and weighs 200-pounds. if you know who she is please

check out this top story on space.com. the headline is, it's official, water found on the moon. and this is the headline on the new york times. in surprise, moon shows signs of water. we're not talking a ton of water like you might think of when you think of a lake or pond. what we are talking about is if you took a two liter soda bottle and filled it with dirt it would give you one medicine drop of water. it is not a lake or anything but a big deal because it makes it easier for humans to someday build a lunar base and live on mars. the findings have been confirmed by three spacecrafts. nasa will be holding a press conference at 2:00 p.m.
