told police that the 6'7" olds carried a gun and threatened to hurt them if they didn't pay their $80 monthly dues forcing them to commit robberies and thefts. olds recently moved to virginia in prince william county where they were both arrested on friday. >> it was a little scary when we came home from school and we heard the s.w.a.t. team was in our driveway. they used that. it was shocking. it is a nice quiet neighborhood. >> thanks for that, peggy fox. a woman in arlington came home late last saturday night and found a strange man apparently sleeping it off in her bed. and that man happened to be a u.s. capitol police officer. 34-year-old thomas mcman is now charged with unlawful entry. police say the woman or her roommate didn't know the guy. a 21-year-old man was stabbed. police looking for two

suspects. a black man in his 20s and a white man in his 20s all wearing black clothing. if you're one of the people with information on it call crime stoppers. police are looking for a man who tried to abduct a 15- year-old girl in fairfax county. this all reportedly went down around 5:00 p.m. yesterday evening as the girl was walking home from woodson sr. high. a passing motorist intervened. suspect is described as a white man in his 40s. the pick up had a pittsburgh steelers on the left side police say. take a look at this nightmare in anondale virginia. this home literally consumed by fire early this morning. investigators believe that fire got going in the basement. so far no sign of foul play. >> reporter: there is no first floor to it at all. it does have a basement to it. obviously that's where the gas fed fire originated from.

>> the house was vacant so no injuries were reported. two laurel teenagers have now been charged with attempted murder, armed robbery and assault. 16-year-old justin bridges and 17-year-old jeremiah bridge took a cab and when they got there they beat and choked the driver and ran off with his money. a former intern to former councilman jim graham pleaded guilty to shooting two people outside a metro station tonight. the 19 year old pleaded guilty to aggravated assault and possession of a firearm. prosecutors say he spotted somebody that he had some differences with on the metro and followed him up and off the escalator. baltimore mayor sheila dixon has to prepare for the possibility of two separate criminal trials. they decided to try the two

indictments against her separately. the mayor facing charges for theft for allegedly stealing gift cards for needy families. her lawyers has elected to delay the trial of two counts of perjury. dixon is accused of lying about gifts from her boyfriend who is a real estate developer. a middle school who was diagnosed with the h1n1 flu has died. this would be the second child to die of that illness within the past two weeks. it is maryland's ninth h1n1 death. family members say 13-year-old destiny parker actually appeared to be getting better but then took a turn for the worst. she died tuesday night. >> to actually stand a couple of feet away from my neice and all i see is the machine doing the breathing, heart was crushed. >> we are in a race against the spread of swine flu to try to get the vaccine to as many people as we possibly can. >> that h1n1 vaccine is

good samaritan foundation. city paper headlines say the two never delivered the youth programs promised to the community and they sold the building for nearly $3 million after buying it from the dc government for just over 250,000. >> we had to take out all the asbestos and debris. it took $75,000 just to gut the building. >> reporter: they say the building was in such bad shape they used $220,000 of good samaritan funds and another 1.5 million in borrowed money for renovations and that still wasn't enough. they say a bad economy and construction delays left the nonprofit in the red. >> the proceeds from the sale of the building went to paying off all of our debt. most of our debt. we are still in debt. >> reporter: despite the newspaper claims they say the youth of the area were never without the good samaritan programs. after school tutoring, computer training. life skills instruction. >> in fact, we had almost 200
