time because two more people have come forward to level allegations of child sex abuse. with these new allegations, sandusky faces 50 criminal charges involving 10 alleged victims. at a court hearing, the budge set bail at $250,000. if sandusky does post that bail he be placed under house arrest. new at six tonight, no one will be arrested in the death of patrick casey, an army vet who died in september following an altercation outside of mcdonald's in the police district. police say at some point he fell to the pavement and suffered a fatal head injury. prosecutors decided they don't have enough evidence to file charges. casey's parents said they're disappointed in how investigators handled the case. >> so many protests, so little time. >> two protests converged along kay street at the height of the lunch hour, and while they consider themselves separate groups, their message and the impact were the same.

today survivors and other veterans gathered at hawaii to honor the 2,402 people who died when the bombs started to fall. but the association of pearl harbor survivors announced it would be disbanding at the end of this month. the group has met each year since 1958. its president said there were too few in good health to make the meeting. most of the survivors are now in their 90s.

go. we never expected flurry of heated debate over the issue in the last 24 hours. a lot of people questioned why we posted the story in the first place. a loud chorus of voices sided with nicole mccullough who posted it's a day of remembrance for all the lives lost in pearl harbor, not a celebration of foreign land. then there were those like williams who called for president obama to lose his job in the next election. she wrote, quote, we need him out. he is an embarrassment to our country. he was not raised in america, so he does not have american pride. that prompted katie richard to respond: "i cannot see why we need to get rid of obama because without cutting him a school served asian food." erin brown tried to put this all in perspective writing no true american would eat hummus on september 11th or european food on july 4th. a little sarcasm there, i think. you can gin the conversation on our wusa9 facebook page. >> a cooler conversation

talking about the weather today. >> it is. temperatures trickled down. we'll break the daily rainfall record at all three airports. almost 2 inches at national and well over an inch at dulles. let's start the rain threat. this is the biggest threat now. you can access this on our web site. notice the green and the yellows. until this guess to snow briefly north and witness of town, we're looking at heavy rain. by far and away that is the biggest threat. that's why we declared today a severe weather alert day. we showed you every county is under a flood warning at this time. now look at this heavy rain around fredericksburg, going toward la plain and charles county, and that's very heavy rain, rainfall 1 to 2 inches per hour. so we are not done with the heavy rain or the ponding on

the roads or the flooding. these are all warning, which means flooding is occurring at this hour. they're pretty much under it until 8:00. those warnings get replaced with these warnings which are weather advisories. i don't think it will be a huge problem in montgomery county, maybe extreme northern montgomery county and maybe louden county, but i think the snow is going to come, but could be so brief, because storm will pull away quickly by time the cold air gets in. snowing hard in garrett county. got the pictures up there. they had 3 inches already. snowing in cumberland. will probably get to hagerstown by 9:00 tonight. 43 in mars tinsburg, still 50 downtown. so here is the deal. evening commute a mess. heavy rain until 11:00 for the immediate metro area and points southeast of 95.
