are still on the run tonight after breaking into two different silver spring homes earlier this week. one of the daylight heists was caught on home security camera video. our andrea mccar ron live in rockville with more on what was caught on tape. >> it's interesting, aknee tax because both homes did have security systems, but the one you're about to see had video cameras on the out. >> a neighbor's remorse after the house next door was broken into in broad daylight. watch closely as a green suv pulls in front of the home. >> the suspect gets out of the car and walks to the front door. >> he knocks, opens the screen door, looks around a few times and puts on gloves. he steps back, looks around some more, and with one swift action, kicks in the front door. >> people are desperate. so you really have to watch everything. >> we timed it. the suspect was only inside the

personal thank you. today, a little girl and her family decided to put that right. christina duckett handed out plaques and hugs to three firefighter medics saved her life when she stopped breathing during a severe asthma attack the tuesday after thanksgiving. >> it's awesome. >> i was very surprised at the gift i got. i can't wait to hang that up in my house. >> they're part of my family. i appreciate them. i love them, and i thank them -- >> when you see a firefighter, what do you think? >> thank you. >> the rescue crew took christina to the hospital in their fire truck, because they calculated waiting even five minutes more for an ambulance might have cost. >> i'm out here on our weather terrace with no hats, no gloves no coat. maybe i should have put a coat on. . but delia goncalves enjoying the relative warmth as well.
