back to harry thomas jr. the 71-year-old banks pled guilty friday in federal court. an eight-year-old boy is dead after being struck by a car which jumped the curb which slammed into him and his mother no the car was coming up on the overpass to interstate 395 when it jumped the curb and hit the mother and son. alexandria police say the boy was killed instantly. the 22-year-old driver stayed on the scene after the collision. fairfax county has reported its first homicide this year. it happened yesterday in the 500 block of gunther court. a 22-year-old suffered trauma to
