in our mail bag tonight, that bizarre lottery story out of baltimore where a woman named mirlana wilson said she
7:25 pm
won the big megamillions lottery, but the one thing no one has seen is a winning ticket. over on the wusa9 facebook page, miss wilson's credibility has vanished as well. bernard banks sums it up pretty much. she's a want to be winner because if you hit for that much cheese, why would you be giving interviews saying i remember the two 23's, but don't know if it's a winner and you have no lawyer. fake. well bernard, if you're watching today, she does have a lawyer now, but even he apparently cannot confirm that she won or at least he would not through our reporter today. and wendy williams says this is some $218 million bull. not to offend anyone, but if i had seven kids crammed in a small house supporting us all on my mcdonald's job, i would have been waiting for the lottery office to open on saturday to cash my winning ticket. i'm just saying. wendy, a lot of people are saying. it's a good point, but debra
7:26 pm
doesn't seem to care so much anymore. she has had her 15 plus minutes of fame. if she has the ticket, her coworkers will sue her for the money unless she can prove she actually bought the ticket away from their pool. but let it go, who cares. some of us still care. yet there were similar sentiments from rob. she has a lawyer, she doesn't have a lawyer. she has a ticket, she doesn't have the ticket. she checked the numbers, she remembers two of the numbers. turn the cameras off and go back to the station and report some real news. you know what? a will the of you seem to feel that way, but when somebody wins more than $218 million, that is real news. who knew that it was going to get so crazy and of course you could argue that, that makes it newsier. you can argue whatever you'd like in mcginty's mail bag. the address is mailbag@wusa9.com. or join the conversation over on the w ua9 facebook page. >> i'll be back tonight at
