investigation. there could be a major decision in week in the trayvon martin case. prosecutors may decide whether or not to bring charges against george zimmerman. he said he killed martin in self-defense. republican presidential candidate rick santorum is off the campaign trail today. he is going to stay home with his ailing daughter, bella. the three-year-old has a rare genetic condition, which is routinely fatal. friday on 9news now at noon, j.c. hayward announced she was diagnosed with breast cancer. i was on the set with j.c. when she made the announcement. here is part what of what she said i don't i need to share something that is very personal and private with most people, but i want to share it with you because i feel you are my friends and my fans. on wednesday i was diagnosed with breast cancer. and i need you. i need your prayers, i need your support and i need your love. and the first person that i told, because i was going to keep this a secret, and not share it with anyone, was my good friend and colleague,

in tulsa are expected to face first degree murder charges during an arraignment today. the front of the north peoria church in tulsa parishioners honored the victims during easter services sunday. three people died and two were wounded. officers say tips from the community led them to their suspects. jake england, and alvin watts. >> our community did an outstanding job. >> reporter: investigators say the shootings all happened within miles of each other and may have been to avenge the death of england's father. the 19-year-old died during an altercation with a black man two years ago. >> nobody ever dug down deep enough to help him. >> agents say they will help investigate when friday's incident was a hate crime. all five victims were black but officials stress it is too early to draw conclusions.

the westbound side of the dulles toll road ramp, crews are still blocking off that ramp in order to pull out a car that went into the woods over an hour ago. the tow truck has arrived but it is going to take time before they can clear that up. in the meantime exit at route 123 if you need to get to the beltway. in the meantime also let's look at the northbound side of 395. looking ugly here atwell because of an accident in the hop lane at seminary road. look at what it is causing trying to get north on to 395 and it is going to slow before the pace improfs. first of all, there has been an accident on the inner loop right here at route 1 and that was cleared out of the roadway. let's go to a live look there. south on the beltway toward route 1, now there is an accident ramp to 212. keep that in mind for your
