in 2010. caught on paper tape, a metro transit police officertackles a woman inside the gallery place metro station. a lawyer for that woman tells 9 news now they have filed a federal çólawsuit. this incident happened in september, 2010. the witness that posted this video on youtube says the woman was drunk and was warped twice about getting in the officer's face before she was taken down. now, to a crime problem in montgomery county schools. men behaving badly with students. police arrested a teacher in germantown. 50-year-old kyler cornell who teaches 7th grade is accused of having an inappropriate relationship with a 14-year- old. also arrested 39-year-old aaron la mere of gaithersburg. he was a media services tech at noor wood high in silver springs. he's accused of exposing himself and inappropriately touching students at the school. today a jury found five d.c. men guilty of murder in a

series of shootings that put five people in nine others in the hospital. it happened back in 2010 over a period of eight days. it began outside a party in southeast with a spray of gunfire over a dispute about a missing bracelet. the end of the blood bath came with bullets whizzing out on south capital street and after today's guilty verdict, we spoke with the victim's relative. >> evil, evil. i can't even call them animals, because animals don't kill for fun and sport. >> the five defendants, carter, his brother, best, williams all will be sentenced in september. they face up to life in prison. a mother and one of her little girls are dead tonight. investigators believe a family friend is responsible for it. joann bane and her three daughters were abducted from their home ten days ago. the fbi is on the hunt for adam mace, that man right there.
