i'm barack obama and i approve this message. we're now going to turn our attention to what some is calling the jackson family feud grandma drama. i have attorney debbi hines here with an update. last week the children were taken out of their grandmother's guardianship and put into the hands of tito's son. so this is just a terrible situation. what is happening now? >> well, the latest is, i think they've worked out an agreement with mrs. jackson's attorneys, and so the agreement that they've worked out, which would have to be approved by the court is that she would share co-guardianship with t.j. jackson, which is tito's son, and she would take care of the children, be responsible for their welfare, and that he

siblings. and, of course, now we're getting reports that his estate is worth over a billion dollars. >> right. and so that, i think, is what's generating all the buzz and the activity with his seven siblings and wanting to figure out some way that they can gain access to the money. bottom line, it's about greed. >> isn't that unfortunate. i guess it happens in so many families, and when you have a lot of money, then you are going to have situations like this. poor katherine, the mother of michael jackson, how upsetting this must be to her, that her children are fighting each other. >> and that she's in the middle, because she's in the middle between her children and her grandchildren. but i think that her interests are lying as it seems with her grandchildren. she's the guardian, she's recently been removed but only on a temporary basis so she has been the guardian ever since make mike passed. >> so they will be talking to the children very soon and more than likely, as you said, she
