ash burn today was the team deciding to part ways with chris cooley after 8 years. cooley was one of the longest tenured players on the skins roster. he holds the franchise record for catches by a tight end with 428. he a massed over 4700 yards and 33 touchdowns. but more than that, captain chaos, as he was affectionately known, was a favorite. this is the only team he had played for and putting on another team's colors will be difficult. tonight we take a look back at cooley's highlights in burgundy and gold. >> it's been awesome. i've been very, very fortunate to play for a franchise that has embraced me and for a fan base that has embraced me. this organization has changed my life in every way for the
