after the guy with the bat. but, as you can see in the other angle, the guy with the bat jumps into his car and takes off while the other man is chasing. according to philadelphia police, there was an altercation between those two men. >> i'm confused why the guy's standing outside the car at the drive-through. >> did he come out of this silver bmw? was he a passenger in. >> appears that's the case. >> either way you look at it cowardly move, came up from behind, hit the guy with a dangerous weapon. we don't know what happened before this. maybe the guy did something just as cowardly. that's terrible. >> new documentary out this week on channel 5 in great britain. the documentary follows the life of 21-year-old nick smith. >> whoa. >> nick is only 35 inches tall. at 21 years old. nick has a rare genetic

condition. >> you'll see that nick has two brothers, both measuring well over six feet tall. most people with the rare condition don't have a very long life expectancy. in fact, nick has lived longer than most people with condition. documentary follows nick and his family over a three-month period as nick undergoes surgery to treat an aneurysm. the surgery could save his life. he's had to have several surgeries because of an riches in his brain. headed to stanford university for the next round of surgeries in order to correct the problem. >> you can see in the documentary his check-up, is time with his doctor. but you also see his time with his family, his time with his mom. they all describe nick as an incredibly positive person who is a lot of fun, great to be around, and even though one of his brothers is younger than he is, and he is 6'5" he still

some seriously shocking video making its way around the world. this, from a hospital room in russia. this is a man's anesthesiologist. he was in the room during this long, expensive heart surgery on this man. they're having a verbal argument. watch what the doctor does next. >> whoa! >> no! oh my god, that is awful! >> the doctor, you see on this security camera, punches this 61-year-old heart patient in the face and then smashes down on his recently operated chest with his fist. he then walks around this patient and adjusts his oxygen mask before walking out of the room. this happened back in february. the video just now released

because the doctor now under criminal investigation. apparently did not know he was on camera when this happened. he said the victim verbally assault him and exhausted working a 36-hour shift the doctor claims they worked very hard, it was a very difficult surgery. they did everything they could to help the man out. the patient had nothing but ill remarks for the doctor and that made him snap. prior to this, the guy had a clean record. >> who knows what kind of damage this could have caused this man. >> it looks like he's restrained, arms and legs tied down. he can't fight back or defend himself in any way. >> the man did die a week later. they're unsure whether this doctor's attack caused this man's death or if he died for other reasons. this doctor could face very, very serious charges if found he's the result of the man's death. if i freeze this video about

several months ago i told you guys about a revolutionary game idea for girls called goldie blocks.

you probably remember this. not only interactive game it accompanies a story. you go through the adventures of goldie blocks and as she builds items in the story the player will bills the same structures. created by debbie sterling, engineering student at stanford and she was upset there were not more female engineers and created goldie blocks i talked to you several months ago its and a kick starter program. she raised $150,000 in 4 days and then on the last day of the kick starter plan, she was contacted by toys "r" us. >> yes! >> this is the product goldie blocks hit toys "r" us shelves july 1st. and there's a new ad campaign. and it's quickly going viral. ♪ we are the champions my friend ♪ ♪ and we will keep on

in life, sometimes you have to put yourself in the place of someone else to really understand their journey. so today i'm going to put you in place of a bowling pin so you understand what their life is like. >> it's very important to have empathy. so there you go. the camera is on a bowling pin. it sends it down the conveyer belt and it shows you what they have to go through. go through a machine that aligns them. rounds them up. aligns them, puts them back on to the platform. >> i thought it was a bunch of hamsters doing this work. disappointed to find it's a machine. >> the hamsters are cranking all of the different parts. >> very cool, though, somebody thought to see this. >> how do the bowling pins come back so perfectly every time?
