>> good morning, allyson. hopefully the storms don't get too feisty. let's focus on 66 to start. we had an accident there. it cleared in the last ten minutes. this is as you head westbound between virginia 286 and 28. 55 miles per hour there now. no backups there. a little further west you will run into a lot of problems. there is a closure at 66. they have traffic routing out and around. a delay of 20 to 30 minutes taking 66 west. breaking overnight, police in prince george county are trying to figure out who shot and killed a man in upper marlboro. >> this was around midnight. 12,000 block of hunterdon street. police say this does not appear to be random. no word on a suspect or motive. police are offering a reward
