dramatically higher. the average premium for a midlevel plan would be $302 next year, up from $242 this year and one in five consumers will have plans available from just one insurer. they say subsidies will rise and most consumers will be insulated from the cost increase. a tragic accident at a popular amusic park in people were killed when a water park malfunctions. two others were trapped under water. park officials say they are working with authorities to determine what went wrong. and ice is claiming responsibility for attack on a police training center in pakistan that killed at least 59 people. it's located in southwest pakistan. three attackers wearing suicide vests opened fire late yesterday

wounded in the attack that lasted five hours. most of the victims were police cadettes. two of the attackers blew themselves up and one was killed by a security guard. u.s. backed iraqi and kurdish forces are moving closer to mosul in an effort to retake the city held by isis since 2014. the u.s. continues to care a eout air strikes milita militants. ritsds it's reported that isis supporters are fleeing. and government forces captured a part of the city of aleppo. the fighting in aleppo resumed following a three-day ceasefire. they say rebel held neighborhoods are being heavily shelled and there is intense fighting on the ground.

page that included murder, car jackings and shooting two police officers. they say he's one of two men that fired at police officers sunday night. one was arrested but vance fled in a police car. he posted live videos on facebook taunting police. he made his way to a mobile home park, stole a car and opened fire as he drove away. >> he got right here, shot two at down, get down. so i got down. but i'd already been shot. >> reporter: it's believed vance murdered his aunt and ungal and suspected of stealing another car near the texas border yesterday. auto insurers are questioning the effectiveness of headlights on pick up trucks.
