at the club by taxi striking at 1:15 in the morn. he killed a police officer at the entrance and barely missed owner. i was thinking of jumping on him but he seemed so professional and flexible. inside he moved methodically and ammunition clips. in his wake, 39 dead, nearly 70 injured. many of them tourists. police say he left the club in another taxi heading to an apartment near the airport only to walk casually away. police er r i er isearched the and found nothing. this allows them to release crucial photos of the suspects while giving them deniability if they don't catch him. jonathan vigliotti,

istanbul, turkey. we have some disturbing video, a police officer slamming a high school student to the ground. the eight-second video shows the officer throwing the female high school student down tuesday and then pulling her up. police say the officer was responding to a fight. the mother of the student who was thrown to the floor says her daughter was trying to protect her sister. the officer was placed on paid administrative leave. and video of a confrontation between a teenaged girl and a philadelphia policewoman is also making news. the young woman is being charged with assaulting a police officer, disorderly conduct, and other related charges. craig boswell has the story. >> reporter: cell phone video captured a female police officer repeatedly hitting a 16-year-old girl in west philadelphia monday. the girl says she has a
