57 newsroom at the studio headquarters here in new york. good to be with you. i'm anne-marie green. well, the dangerous mix of ice, sleerkts and freezing rain that's blanketed parts of the central u.s. is sticking around for another day, and at least four deaths are blamed on the winter weather. ice storm warnings continue this morning in parts of iowa and nebraska. at one point over the weekend, more than 30 million americans were under some form of winter watch or warning. the storm knocked out power to almost 11,000 customers in oklahoma. the ice bent tree limbs and took down power lines. >> it covered up my pickup, covered up our car, covered up the neighbor's van. just been digging ever since. >> the freezing precipitation came in waves, making for hazardous travel in kansas. on interstate 70 in kansas, a semihit the icy road and plowed acrosshe

a state trooper was able to get out of the way barely. no one was injured. and cowboy stadium was locked down after the game because of a tornado warning and some players, fans, and staff were stuck for about an hour. well, president-elect trump takes office this friday. he says a plan to replace the affordable care act is nearly finished and there's insurance for everybody. in the meantime he's engaged a war of words with the cia and a civil rights leader. hena daniels has more. >> declaration clailaration cam country to save the signature law and of course more feuds with political rivals. in a weekend interview with the "times of london" president-elect trump vowed to take executive action on the border security on his first day in office.

however, broadway star jennifer holliday backed out telling her fans one of the reasons she pulled out was a backlash from the lgbt community. the colorado college marching ba the band from alabama is raising money to join 40 other groups in friday's parade. well, besides those celebrating the inauguration, dozens of other protests are also planned. one is most likely to be saturday's women's march in washington. hundreds of thousands are expected to attend. and president obama says he's ready to leave the white house and the bubble the president is forced to live in. during his last network television interview before he leaves the office he told steve kroft what it takes

the roads. some construction going. 395 northbound between little river turnpike and full road, a couple lanes blocked. no delays in the northbound lanes. and there's an object as you pass by on the outer loop, but they might be clearing that right now. whatever this is, not creating back ups. good to go. >> thank you. we have breaking news from overnight right now. at least 32 people are dead after a cargo plane crashed in a residential area just outside the main airport in an asian country outside of china. reports say the airline crash landed into what looks like a home killing at least 15 people inside as well as 17 people onboard. no word on what caused the crash. wondering if this was going to happen. didn't look like it for a while. the chicago cubs will be at the white house today, just four days before president barack obama leaves office. that breaks a long standing
