in a statement to "e.t." her long time representative remembered her as a ground breaking actress, producer and passionate advocate for the view of ni of -- for the juvenile diabetes research. she died at greenwich hospital of cardiac arrest after suffering from pneumonia. her health had been declining the last couple of weeks. this was one of the last times she was seen in public leaving l.a.x. with her husband of 2013. this was the scene today on the hollywood walk of fame as the news broke fans paying tribute to a legend. >> every character i played has had a great deal of mary tyler moore in them, especially the television character. laura petri was me. laurie richards was me. ♪ ♪ who can turn the world down with a smile ♪ >> mary tyler moore starred in two of the most acclaimed
