facebook ramps up the fight against violent content. jill wagner is at the new york stock exchange with that and more. good morning, jill. >> good morning, anne-marie. decided to leave interest rates they noted the economy slowed sharply in first quarter but expected things to pick back up. analysts still expect two more rate hike this year. the next one possibly in june. well, the news from the feds send bond yields and bank stocks higher. the dow finished 5 points higher. puerto rico has returned to federal bankruptcy court to protect itself from creditors. puerto rico's governor turned to negotiations on spending and new taxes failed. puerto rico's defaulted on essentially of its bonds and has a $73 billion public debt.

>> the internet is full of speculation this morning. my goodness, after buckingham palace announced an emergency meeting. there is no cause for concern. : the house of representatives is expected to vote on a bill to repeal and replace obama care. won over republican moderates when an amendment was added. and president donald trump will sign an executive order today that will give the irs discretion on enforcing the law that inhibits churches for enforcing political candidates. also, a bill to reensate delaware's death penalty. now headed to the house floor. members of the house committee voted 7-4 wednesday to send the legislation to the full house. that's a quick look at what's happening on this thursday. the news at 4:30 starts right now. this is wakeup
