good morning from the studio 57 newsroom at cbs news headquarters in new work york the senate rejected repealing the health care. john mccain voted against the so-called skinny repeal but a measure few supported. senate's third attempt to repeal or replace the affordable care act this week and the future of republican efforts to reproclamation obamacare are unclear at best. we go to washington for the latest. >> reporter: good morning. you're right the future of the gop efforts is unclear. by extension the future of health care remains unclear. republicans will look to their democratic friends how
