>> last night mr. trump went on a twitter attack and attacked congresswoman wilson writing the fake news is going crazy with wacky congresswoman wilson who was secretly on a very personal call and gave a call. wilson says she stands by her comments. the "washington post" reports the johnson family has known him for decades. >> and details of the ambush in soldiers have been slow to ican emerge after the bolds o three other americans were recovered, pentagon officials believed johnson was still alive somewhere on the battlefield. his body was found two days later, but the pentagon flatly rejected the notion that an american soldier had been left behind. >> i'll tell you categorically from the ploemt of contact, no one's left behind. either u.s.

there were a few skirmishes. the governor had declare a stat of emergency for the event. and police in los angeles are investigating a possible sexual assault case against harvey weinstein. weinstein weinstein's. he was fired following numerous allegations. police in new york and london are also investigating allegations of sex abuse against weinstein. it's estimated the wildfires that tore through northern california caused at least $1 billion in property damage. the fires are blamed for at least 42 deaths and the destruction of nearly 7,000 homes and other buildings. the damage estimates it's expected to climb. more than 15,000 people remain evacuated. and national oceanic & atmospheric administration says another warm

this is thanks to another expected la nina event. it's the natural cooling of the pacific ocean which affects weather patterns worldwide. it's expected to be dryer than normal while the north will be likely wetter, but noaa says it's unlikely that this winter will be as warm as last. a 29-year drought is over for the los angeles dodgers. >> line shot, and it is caught, and the ball game is over, and the los angeles dodgers have won the pennant. >> the dodgers are headed to the world series for the first time since 1988. enrique hernandez homered three times as l.a. routed the chicago cubs, 11-1 in game five of the national league series. l.a. won the series, four games to one and beats houston or new york in the world series beginning tuesday. coming up on the "morning news" now, struggling in puerto rico.

town by route 197 we have some issues. themaryland state highway administration just tweeting out if you're trying to head north right before you get to route 50, 2 of your right hand lanes are closed and you'll not have access to eastbound. then on 50it's blocked the ramp for you to get on 197. i've seen somedelays on the inner loop of the beltway right between the parkway before you hit route 50. here's a live look of traffic on the beltway. we have a closurefor police activity on benning road. . we've seen the president poke fun at members of their own party and other at the annual dinner. and last night paulryan got the digs in to a lot of people, both republicans and democrats
