ran front page endorsements yesterday of moore's opponent democrat doug jones. they said, quote, courting and preying on young women and girls. moore is accused of making unwanted sexual advances to women, many of whom were in their teens while moore was in his 30s. tina johnson said she had a run-in with moore in the '90s when she was in the office. >> i got up to leave and he grabbed me from behind by the buttocks. >> you've seen people across the board, ted cruz, mike lee withdraw their support, say he should step aside. i still hope he will do that and to the right thing. >> reporter: moore maintains his innocence. outside a church yesterday, moore still has

region where officers patrol is pretty difficult to cross illegally because of the terrain. president trump tweeted last night, we will seek out and bring justice to those responsible. we will and must build the wall. cbs news has confirmed special counsel robert mueller has asked the department of justice to turn over documents related to the firing of former fbi director james comey. mueller also baker/hamiltons documents concerned jeff sessions recusing himself from the russian investigation. and now to the republican effort to overhaul the tax code. budget director mick mulvaney said it would be okay to take out the mandate. the president had called on lawmakers to make that part of the tax package, but it has become a major sticking point. >> what we're interested

. we've had this accident involving an overturned vehicle blocking the off ramp there. one of my reporters has said the accident as cleared. itshouldn't have any impact for you this morning. we haveconstruction out there, not as much as usually but gw parkway, it's southbound lanes keen key bridge and before you get to roosevelt bridge on the left-hand side they've been doing work on that guardrail. so watch out for that heading southbound. now, back to breaking news this morning. one of thenation's criminals is dead.
