and extreme warmth has caused a bunch of water main breaks. that water main break in the st. louis area left a neighborhood covered in snow and ice. water shot 25 feet into the air for more than three hours before crews could shut it off. left nearly everything coated with a thick blanket of ice. even in houston, texas temperatures are dropping into the low 20s and that's not good for people putting their homes back together after hurricane harvey. his strip down walls aren't doing much to keep the cold out. >> no sofa. no chair. >> no heat. >> it's rough. >> do these little heaters do
