meanwhile, tomorrow-- newport news fire officials will talk about a series of meth lab busts in that city. three-- over the past week or so, to be exact. the latest-- friday on sydney place. the department will discuss the dangers posed by meth labs to suspects, neighbors, and first responders. however-- we're told they won't discuss specifics of the current cases. in all-- four people have been arrested for three investigations in newport news. they're in jail tonight. and police in hamprton are looking into whether a hazardous material investigation there is connected to the ones in newport news. that discovery was made drive. hampton police say they found items consistent with making meth. so far-- no arrests. investigations-- and we'll bring you updates on the meth between newscasts-- on wavy dot com. also tonight-- what a great weekend it was. then the rain came-- and there's more on the way. 10 on your side was along granby street in downtown norfolk today.

portsmouth. a view sent us a picture to report-it at wavy dot com. the crash happened just before one this afternoon at george washington highway and victory boulevard. police have not given us information on the victim's condition at this point. no charges so far in this crash. hampton police are searching for a missing teenager. they tweeted out a picture of 17 year old jarrett ellis this morning. they say he was last seen around 5 o'clock friday on evelyn court. police tweeted that jarrett suffered from a social disability. if you've seen him-- call hampton police. it's the day after some key elections in the east-- and in the west. and all eyes begin to look toward march first-- and a whole lot of delegates at stake. the big winners last night-- donald trump in south carolina-- and hillary clinton in nevada. out of the race-- jeb bush. the momentum in the race for the white house is beginning to pick up in a big way. there's a big prize ahead for the candidates -- once they get done with this week's primaries in nevada and south

killing six people. tonight-- 45 year old jason dalton is locked up-- charged with the shootings of 8 people. his spree started-- as he was driving for uber-- at the parking lot of an apartment complex where he shot a woman. he then went to a car dealership and killed two people. 15 minutes after that-- he opened fire at a cracker barrel restuarant-- shooting five more people-- killing four of them. in dalton's neighborhood-- people who live there just don't get why it's happening. (gary pardo, suspect's neighbor): "well, we are in shock, we are wowoering what might have victims and families, it's just horrific, especially here in kalamazoo. kalamazoo is such a great place to live." police say dalton has no criminal record. he is expected to be arraigned monday on charges of murder and attempted murder. new tonight-- a scary accident in north carolina. four bicyclists were hit saturday afternoon in johnston county -

say the driver was trying to avoid an oncoming car when she hit the cyclists. two of condition tonight. police say alcohol does not appear to be a factor in the crash. the case. a scary situation in illnois this afternoon. a megabus that left chicago burst into on the bus just seconds to get off before it was fully ungulfed in flames. fortunately-- no one was hurt. passengers say they smelled rubber from the start of the trip. the exact cause of the investigation. the oceanview community is rallying together after last weekend's big fire. the thirsty camel - a local bar and restaurant in the area - held a benefit this weekend. these are pictures from the event. customers gave money, gift cards, clothing, and furniture donations. judy boone reality has also been collecting items all week. so far about they've collected about four thousand dollars for the dozens of families impacted by the fire. many of whom are regular customers at the thirsty camel. denise buckwalter/the thirsty camel c001

investigators are at a ski resort in west virginia today.. trying to figure out why a lift malfunctioned. yesterday morning, the lift failed with about 200 people on or near it. two people were taken to the hospital with minor injuries. the resort says that lift had been tested earlier in the morning. the lift will remain closed indefinitely. cities in hampton roads are failing to use a law that could make better use of

10 is on your side with more good news about gas prices. they're down again-- to the lowest levels since 2008. the lundberg survey shows the average price for gas nationwide is 1-77 a gallon. that's down a nickel from two weeks ago. triple-a has an even lower price on the gauge-- 1-71. in virginia-- a gallon of gas is even lower at 1-55. and here in hampton roads-- we hit the
