a woman tonight twenty eight year old brett cote faces a host of charges police say yesterday afternoon coat got into a seventy four year old woman's car at a gas station he had to drive him to a bank where he allegedly tried to make or withdraw money when she refused police a coat stole her car instead. police caught him about twenty minutes later as a firefighter still are trying to find out what started an apartment fire that left eleven people homeless the flames ripped through several units at a complex on porter road in south off of the fire started yesterday morning a relative of one of the displaced family says a four year old girl saw the flames and woke up her mom. everyone got out safely in the red cross tonight helping some of those families right now the virginia beach spca is looking for volunteers to help birds affected by friday's jet fuel spilled in chesapeake a tank in the south hill neighborhood sprung a leak and force residents to be evacuated or
