moderate risk is highest area where storms are most likely add around emporia the juicy parts of sussex southampton just out to the west of franklin down into north hampton and ride along the county line their torture for county areas to the west and south of that but our entire area again has the potential for those isolated strong to severe storms and we are looking at the impacts including heavy rain some potential for hail and there could be some isolated tornadoes that develop as well. the greatest risk based on what we're seeing right now the potential for some damaging winds will be watching that we could see some cells producing some very strong outflow but there is also the potential for rotating cells and i know there are a lot of storm chasers that are going to be watching our area specifically folks already starting to make plans to mobilize this afternoon right now the severe watches out far to the south not across our area this point we get some showers but as you can see through the late morning some heavy rain
