robertson is in charlottesville with the latest on this very high profile case marcella virginia tech student morgan harrington and the murder of denver university of virginia student hannah graham now for both of those things already but the news came justin matthew was expected to plead guilty in those cases now in that plea agreement hearing is going to come up later this afternoon at one thirty at this point the details of that plea agreement both of those plea agreements are still unclear however just the map he was facing the death penalty in the case of hannah graham now in court today we are expected to hear victim impact statements from both families but the families of hannah graham and the parents of morgan harrington. now does matthew was already serving a life sentence for the attempted murder and rape of a fairfax woman and again we will be in court for that hearing at one thirty that's
