so we're in good shape here today were a really good shape tomorrow different story. off to the north and northwest especially let's take a look at our potential snowfall and this is my forecast mainly rain hampton roads and into northeast north carolina and the eastern shore although i think they get a better chance for maybe a brief mix on the tail at me across over the western side of the day and you could get a trace or not maybe a dusting up to an inch or so parts of the northern neck and little peninsula especially a little farther to the last one to two inches not out of the question around petersburg up towards richmond said the series again. inman middle peninsula kept handy for instance you go west of that i mention three to five inches of snow generally a possibility from richmond back towards farmville and lynchburg so there is some potential for some heavier snow out that way the system moves through will show you where that system is right now and
6:19 am
our future cast so here it is moving along this area of low pressure could produce heavy rain and thunderstorms across parts of the deep south as it works towards the coast it's going to be a rain maker in the wins will intensify as well. when shifting to the east later this afternoon into the evening then the rain moves in overnight steady and heavy over eastern north carolina pockets of heavier rain through hampton roads and up to the eastern shore. most of our viewing area in our enrichment again could be more snow and that's really the potential to do for maybe three to five inches of snow out in that area but as the system exits during the morning hours will see the wind and the rain really concentrated at the coast and that mixing taking place mainly off to the north as it goes way improvements after that as we head to the weekend saturday looks pretty good sunday sunday is another chance for spotty shower to general rainfall amounts across the region into an inch and a half with this ochre coming
