will build we're not expecting a lot of widespread flooding issues but that could be some nuisance tidal flooding as we go to the next few high tide cycles will be watching that the area shaded in pink for richmond up towards happening this winter storm warning and there is some potential for a little more snow up that way but that's outside of our viewing area. so what we're looking at right now again rain across the vast majority of the region and down to the south rain and increasing winds we do still have the potential for some snow or mixed to the north as the system rolls off the coast little bit later this morning. it's really going to intensify with the winds increasing from the north so we can see some gusts forty even fifty mph right at the coast especially around the outer banks who will be watching that skies clearing through the afternoon is we take a look the rainfall potential still when all said no we could pick up close to an inch across the area that's
