west-side church location on bridgetown road. the five men are believed to have non-life threatening injuries. crossroads posted on facebook they're assessing property damage and they are hoping to have regular services this weekend, but will know more in the coming days. happening now... a search is underway right now for the man indicted in a deadly hit and run. police say 24-year- old thomas stid- hum was the man behind the wheel on december 6th when he drove up onto the sidewalk in mount auburn, hitting 57-year-old catherine chatfield. she was running in the annual seven hills run. a grand jury indicted stid-hum on several charges including aggravated vehicular homicide. he remains on the run this morning. police believe stidhum is still here in town..perhaps in the walnut hills or mt. auburn area... anyone with information is asked to call crimestoppers at 352-3040. a man and woman are charged in what the brown

fox19 now legal analyst mike allen, says it's not necessarily unusual.
