getting nationwide attention for a "spoof alert" about the steelers quaterback. our own mike schell joins us live. mike what can you tell us? this radio spoof or parady as some call it surrounds past sexual assault allegations against ben roethlisberger... but a lot of people are not laughing... we must warn you...some of the audio you are about to hear is rather graphic... 700 wlw aired the controversial ad yesterday and made it sound like a legitamate breaking weather alert. "this is a severe big ben roethlisberger from 700 wlw. the tri-state now under a severe big ben warning from now through early sunday morning. all females 18 to 40 are to use extreme caution. roethlisberger has twice been accused of sexual assault allegations. he settled a 2008 civil suit and was under investigation in 2010 for rape. "he poses the biggest threat to 18-40 year olds. especially those with boob jobs" standup "700wlw is part of the iheart media group here in kenwood. i worked for the station for

after his car slid and hit a pole! it happened on hamilton avenue in college hill around 7-thirty. no word yet on the identity of the officer, but we know the injuries were considered minor. we've got the latest information on a story we've been following all week... a spokesperson for the kenton county school district has confirmed that a northern kentucky man who is facing child porn charges, was a school bus driver in kenton county. derrick becker of highland heights was arrested on november 19th. campbell county police say they found child porn images on his electronic devices. detectives say the investigation started with an anonymous cyber tip and continues tonight. the latest on a story that continues to shock the tri-state... wesley landers, the alabama father who is accused of over-dosing in his baby's room at children's hospital, pleaded not guilty this afternoon to felony drug possession charges. he's in jail on a 400- thousand dollar bond right now. his wife, mary ann, was found dead of

day... three police shot, in separate incidents, in the line of duty in the u-s. one of those shootings was in philadelphia... where we're learning more about a possible isis connection. authorities now say the man who ambushed officer jesse hartnett... pledged allegiance to isis during his interrogation. 30-year old edward archer is charged with shooting the officer three times... only to be shot himself by that officer and arrested after a chase! hartnett is now in stable condition... and the archer is behind bars. as the f-b-i takes over the case... investigators stress that things could have been much worse. richard ross/philadelphia police commissioner : "he certainly was

company and two of its managers have been indicted in connection with a 20-12 fire that killed one of it's workers. this is scene from the fire in spring grove village where 20-year old zachary henzerling was treating hazardous waste when the fire ignited. now,

enterprises incorporated faces multiple charges, including involuntary manslaughter. henzerling's supervisor is accused of failing to take proper precautions to prevent that fire. while a manager is accused of falsifying training records, making it appear employees received training that they didn't. one person is recovering tonight after a serious crash in front of the hyde park country club. you're looking at the scene just before 6-o-clock on erie avenue after a car hit a light pole and flipped over! crews had to rescue that driver from the car. no word on their condition but we know the injuries are non life threatening. a former aberdeen police chief is on the other side of a jail cell tonight. clark gast was sentenced to 60- days behind bars this afternoon... after being found guilty of domestic violence charges against his wife. the incident happened in 2013... the next day gast's wife took her own life. he must also attend anger management classes and pay a 1 thousand dollar fine... in addition to 2 years probation. cincinnati mayor

vetoed the 2017 fiscal year "tax budget" that was approved by city council on wednesday. here's a picture from the moment it happened. as part of the overall budget... city council had voted to increase property taxes... something mayor cranley says the voters don't want. "in november the voters voted down decisively a property tax increase. i feel it's our job to listen to the voters and so i vetoed it to try to hear what the voters had to say. and they are clearly telling us that they do not want us to raise property taxes." city council does gave the ability to override the veto at the next two council meetings with just six votes. several council members have already spoken out against the veto. let's give you a live look downtown where it's all about the orange and black before tomorrows game. jeff how much rain could we get??? live wx tease creighton announce
