happening today.... 22-year old jessica hood will be arraigned... she's charged with manslaughter and assault in the florence crash that killed 2 infants...and their grandfather....who were walking on tamarack circle back in march. hood's arraignment is scheduled for 9 a- m. we're following a couple of breaking news stories overseas.... the governor of cameroon in central africa...says 2 female suicide bombers have attacked a mosque...leaving 10 people dead and a dozen others

officials there say the bombers are from nigeria...and may be linked to boko haram extremists. cameroon is one of 5 countries with troops on the ground...trying to wipe out boko haram. and in pakistan... a bomb attack targeting a polio vaccintation center leaves at least 14 people dead...and another 23 wounded. police say the attack appears to have been a suicide bombing. polio workers in pakistan have been the victims of several terrorist attacks in recent years. traffic is moving smoothly once again on eye-74... this is a live look at 74 and morgan... you saw the story first on fox19 now.....this was the scene 21 hours ago...near the ohio / indiana border...after a snow squall caused a chain reaction crash of at least 40-vehicles. this stretch of 74 was closed for much of the day in both directions... amazingly...there were only a few minor injuries. our jessica brown will have much more on the investigation in our next half hour... rob 2shot we want to get another check on

this morning... following that massive pileup that caused issues for drivers. our jessica brown is here with the latest information from police.... it took 9 hours before all the lanes were back open after the 40 vehicle pile up yesterday morning. both accidents happened within the same half mile on westbound i 74 near mile marker 168. indiana state police say whiteout conditions caused a semi tractor trailer to jacknife at that location. decreased visibility and slick roads then caused 28

shortly after a second collision happened involving 12 vehicles. some people involved were trapped in their cars before finally being able to get out. they were taken to cincinnati area hospitals. all of the them are believed to have non-life threatening injuries. the crash caused damage to the pavement on i-74 westbound near exit 169. the investigaiton is still ongoing. we're learning new information about a triple shooting in the west end... this all happened at linn and poplar around 8 o'clock... a 19-year old man shot 5 times...is in critical condition.... we're told 2 other victims showed up at the hospital with gunshot wounds as well.. their conditions are unknown at this time. hamilton police are upping the reward for information on the fire that killed firefighter patrick wolterman... $25-thousand dollars is the offer for any information on the pater avenue fire... which is being investigated as arson! when it broke out last month... firefighter wolterman went inside thinking someone was trapped... eventually losing his life. if you know anything, you're

overdose death of a clermont county man. 45-year-old john wade was arrested by the hamilton county heroin coalition taskforce on two counts of trafficking. officials say they obtained a search warrant for wade's arrest the initial investigation revealed the deadly heroin/fentanyl mixture was sold by a heroin dealer in bond hill. thetaskforce was created to target dealers of heroin that results in overdose deaths. we now know the suicide bomber who killed 10 people in yesterday...belong ed to isis. man intentionally set the bomb off in a crowd of tourists. 9 of those killed were german citizens. and this morning -- one person has been detained in connection to the bombing. countries across the globe...including the u-s...condemned the attacks, and called for decisive action against terrorism. back here in the midwest -- volunteers teamed up with police amid an ongoing water crisis. the good samaritans delivered water filters and bottled water to residents. for months, flint has ben experiencing lead contamination from
