powerball jackpot. the california lottery says one ticket was sold at a 7-eleven in chino hills, near los angeles. and there also are winners in tennessee and florida. the winning numbers are 4-8-19- 27-34 and powerball 10. live with a huge spike in lottery ticket sales, that should mean more money for education, right? officials say that's not actually the case... an ohio lottery spokesperson gave an average breakdown of where the money goes.
