happening now a woman is in critical condition this morning after being shot in what police are describing as a road rage incident. iesha williams was in her car on reading road when she was shot. police believe the driver of a gray sedan opened fire hitting williams, but are unsure why. the shooter is still on the loose. if you have any information, call police. a ripley man is now being held on a 2- million dollar bond... accused of asaulting an officer and stealing his gun! 26-year old kyle moore was arrested at an elderly care center. this picture was sent to us by photographer terry prather. police say moore attacked officer john amole during an incident at a metal works site wednesday night, breaking his nose and jaw! moore is due in court later this month. kentucky is considering a measure to crack down on drunk drivers. the bill calls for

multiple times. there are enhanced penalties for drunk drivers after second and third dui's within five years. this measure would expand that time period to ten years. fairfield city schools is opening a health clinic... and officials say the entire community will benefit. rob dblbx our jordan vilines joins us live with details on the new facility. live the clinic, which is located here in the back of fairfield academy, will provide services to not only the students but their parents and their families as well. here's a look at some video we shot last night at the open house held for the clinic. vo this is one of only two school districts in the entire country that will offer vision and dental options. fairfield school officials say the primary target audience for these services will be individuals

one victim was flown to u-c medical center. no word on their conditions at this time. police say they're investigating what led up to the incident. new this morning new this morning... investigators are working to find the cause of this fire at a vacant building in lower price hill. crews spent several hours fighting the fire at the building on state street. no one was hurt. two avondale parents are now behind bars, accused of child endangering. court documents state that clinton randolph and denayshia lattimore delayed seeking medical care for their 4-month-old infant who was having seizures, resulting in serious physical harm. an affadavit also says the baby was underweight and malnourished. the pair is due in court today. the fairfield city school district is set to open a new in-school health clinic. rob dblbx our jordan vilines is at the clinic which will help more than just students. live in addition to health services, this clinic will also offer students and their families

a medical examiner is now saying murder-suicide is one of the possibilities being looked as the cause of a deadly house explosion in northeast ohio. and a police report states the man who was killed in the fire, along with his wife and two daughters... had attempted suicide just over a month ago. "i have been tormented by all of this actually because i felt like i was there and did the right thing and it turned into this situation" bob dibacco says, jeff mather, looked upset when he saw him at a park in december. dibacco stopped to help... mather told him was suffering from depression and was going to kill himself. dibacco called 9-1-1 and calmed mather down... later, he sent the man a card. "he actually called me on new year's eve. i didn't pick up the phone but he left me a message stating that he was doing fine and he thanked me again for stopping and helping him, and he wished me a happy new year"
