we start with breaking news this morning. aircare has been called after two people were found shot in the parking lot of a hamilton bar. officers were called to hard times on south 7th street just before 2:30. butler county dispatchers confirm at least one victim was being flown to u-c medical center. hamilton police are investigating the shooting, right now. we will bring you any updates throughout the morning. a ripley man is now being held on a 2- million dollar bond... accused of asaulting an officer and stealing his gun! 26-year old kyle moore was arrested at an elderly care center. this picture was sent to us by photographer terry prather. police say moore attacked officer john amole during an incident at a metal works site wednesday night, breaking his nose and jaw. moore is due in court later this month. happening now a woman is in critical condition this morning after being shot in what police are describing as a road rage incident.

after police say, he was shot at his home the day before. his older brother says three people came into the house, carrying a gun... tyler tried to disarm one of them... the gun fired during the scuffle.
