rob ots facebook is stepping up their efforts to cut down on terrorism. they've now put more than one million dollars to fund a new campaign across europe. where officials will monitor posts...delete those they find threatening...and consider a ban on any users who repeatedly break the rules. facebook's ground rules have always forbid bullying, harassment and threatening language, but critics say it hasn't enforced them properly, to this point. the social media site says they're also considering extending the program to the u-s.
