new developments now in the case against the mother's boyfriend accused of killing little kinsley kinner. fox 19 now has learned the 2- year-old's mother has testified against bradley young before a grand jury... this is video from the day rebekah kinner and young appeared in court. she faces charges of involuntary manslaughter, endangering children and permitting child abuse. police say she allowed young to beat the toddler back in december. kinsley died from her injuries. young is charged with murder. kinner and young have both pleaded not guilty and are due in court tomorrow. a dog is dead tonight... after it was being transported to sharonville's s-p- c-a facility.. the pit bull mix was being moved for adoption... four employees left the dog.. in a van - and it was found the next morning. they tried to treat the dog - but it didn't survive. the dog had kennel cough.. according to the spca. the four

them to weekly meetings. other council members will say the bad blood is because they mayor treats people like...well the word rhyms with bit. tonight, you can't hear much outside of city hall but inside things have been pretty loud. so the mayor asked a few city councilors to meet with him on a weekly basis. something they say he has never done before. something they say takes time away from meeting with constituents. the email prompted councilor chris seelbach to respond saying we need to talk about our professional relationship. he said it was strained because the mayor has been quote, "treating people like shsss." and then there was this exchange a few weeks ago in city council where seelbach said he didn't understand a memo and the mayor seemed to mock him. was the sentence in english? you see that type of comment is exactly why its so hard to work with you. because i'm trying to have a decussion and your saying was it in englsih. that kind of comment is why its so difficult to work with

would read the memos the administration sends out to you jay kincaid is the mayor's chief of staff. he talked to us as his boss is out of town. he stopped short of saying the mayor was frustrated with seelbach that day but told me the councilor did recieve information in the memo months ago. there was a 5 to 7 minute discussion where councilman was falsey accusing the administration of withholding info from him the mayor was simply standing up for the administrtion city councilor yvette simpson aggress with seelbach and said they mayor has not made things easy. its difficult i mean you can look at the meetings that there are times when the mayor can be difficult to work with there is a city council meeting tomorrow but the mayor will not be there. he's out of town in dc. his office said they will continue to reach out to city council for weekly one on one meetings. to be continued. live outside city hall michael
