of a 2015 lakota high school graduate have been indicted. police say justin koch, jibril willingham, rodney foster and demarcus staley broke into tyler kassow's home on cincinnati-columbus road in west chester january 13th and shot him. investigators say the killing of kassow was not a random crime. have you heard about the war of words between cincinnati mayor john cranley and councilmember chris seelbach? cranley and seelbach... who were recently at a council meeting together... are taking jabs at each other... after seelbach sent a scathing e- mail saying the mayor treated people poorly. the mayor's out of town.. but we spoke to him by phone to get his reaction. together and i think if we break bread, and talk to each other, we're going to be better public servants." tonight the cincinnati zoo is mourning the loss of the cheetah that broke the world animal speed record. in 2012... national geographic cameras were there when "sarah" covered 100 meters in 5-point-95 seconds.. reaching a speed of 61 miles per hour. the zoo says sarah was 15-years old and was euthanized due to a diminishing quality of life. in november of 2014.. our own tricia macke profiled "sarah". we've got it right now on fox19 now.com. police say his daughter was killed... and tonight he wants justice! death of this little girl... 2 year-old kinsley kinner. the girl's mother... rebecca kinner and her boyfriend bradley young will stand trial in april. young is facing murder charges... kinner... faces involuntary manslaughter charges... after the girl was found with bruises near her throat and all over her head. today... the girl's father had some strong words outside the courtroom. "i think they both should be hung, being honest. if it was up to me i'd drag them behind my truck all day. they should - death penalty. you killed a little girl who couldn't defend herself." meantime... in the same court building... the man accused of killing a middletown woman learned he's headed to prison. juwan hawkins will face 20-years to life for the death
