11am to 2pm: snow developing near loop in n ky independence and southern clermont and brown counties 3pm to 5pm: snow now reaching into the downtown area north into southern butler warren and clinton counties. road impacts being felt by 5pm in these areas. 5pm - 11pm the entire area will continue to see tapering north by south and eastern accumulating. significant snow south of the 275 including independence and georgetown in brown county looking at 3 to 6 inches by 1am saturday . south and east of i 71 / 75 split including dry ridge falmouth maysville and mount olivet 6 to 9 inches. hamilton county including cincinnati northern clermont and clinton counties 1 to 3 inches with everyone else north less than 1 inch carstar toss to denise for traffic

winneste avenue late last night. we're told he was shot multiple times. no arrests have been made. new information an environmental protection agency administrator is among the handful of people who are now out of work because of the fallout of the water crisis in flint, michigan. the head of the e- p-a region that includes michigan is stepping down. the e-p-a has issued an emergency order because of lead contamination in flint's system for months. a former alaska airlines captain is charged with operating an airliner under the influence of alcohol. david arnston, of newport beach, california, was arraigned in federal court on one felony count. authorities say arnston was tested twice for drugs and alcohol on june 20th, after piloting a flight from portland, oregon, to california. a federal judge has dismissed a defamation lawsuit against bill cosby. renita hill says she was made out to be a "liar" and "extortionist" when the comedian, his wife and his attorney issued

recovering at the sledding accident. this morning, his father is asking parents and kids to "was going face first the last second. hit a tree with his face unfortuately" 11-year-old noah mccauley was hurt while sledding on a golf course behind his home. he suffered multipled facial fractures and doctors are checking his spine for injuries. "he's doing good. i can't believe how good of spirts he's been in. he's been the bravest 11- year-old i ever seen" noah's father says it never crossed his mind that his son would be so badly hurt while sledding.. he's asking everyone to be careful., we've got an out- of-this-world look at the winter storm making its way toward the east coast.. next. adlib weather and traffic tease
