new this morning... aircare is called to a crash in springfield township. we're told a woman was on galbraith road at ronald reagan when her car left the road, crashing into a pole. dispatchers confirm that crews arrived to find the driver trapped inside the vehicle. she had to be cut out of the car... and was flown to u-c medical center. no word on a condition this morning. also new... middletown firefighters are confirming that this house fire is under investigation this morning. fire crews responded to the home on michigan avenue at about 9- last night and had to ask for help. in all, five departments responded. we're told the person living there was not home at the time no firefighters were hurt... but the home is a total loss. happening now some closures on i-75 could cause highway headaches for drivers this week... kara dblbx our jordan vilines is live with everything you need to know.

noah's ark tourist attraction in kentucky has won a legal battle that means millions in tax incentives. the ark is being in grant county by the christian group -- answers in genesis. a federal judge ruled that the group's freedom of religion was violated when it was blocked from the tax incentive which could be worth up to 18- million dollars. the 510-foot woden ark is set to open on july 7th. winter blast after this weekend's blizzard blanketed the east coast -- one big question remains. where to put all that snow? a massive snow melter from the indianapolis international airport is now on its way to d-c to help clear streets... it can melt up to 60 tons of snow and ice per hour! schools and government offices in the nation's capitol will remain closed today... but most of the city's above ground metro service will be up and running this morning. residents still working to dig out. keller says: "this city truly has come together ... we've seen neighbors helping neighbors, we've seen

residents of one apartment complex to get out... due to fears the structure will fall ocean. apartments in located near cliffs that are crumbling, in part, due to the current el nio winter. not everyone is happy about leaving.. but the police chief says, they have no choice.
