mobile app. one pedestrian is dead.. another injured - after being hit by a metro bus in hyde park... frankie jupiter is there live with the story... frankie? police and emergency crews are still on the scene, i'm told one man is dead, the other pedestrian hit by the bus has been transported to the hospital. the driver of the bus i'm being told was also transported to the hospital. now here is what know. the bus was turning from edwards road to erie. that's when those two pedestrians were struck. now the bus was in service at the time with no passengers on board. i'm told the male driver has been with metro for about ten year, and again was transported to the hospital due to shock. its is very rare for an accident of this nature to occur with metro. and so there are some standard things that have to occur under the commercial driver's license. these requirement are federal requirements. our driver will be sent

live in this dorm behind me are worried. they want to know who is going into the lauhdry room and stealing their panties. it's a quiet night on uc's campus right now but a siutation has gotten many up in arms. some students were alerted yesterday about a man who's gained access to the place they call home. i heard there was someone going up to the laundry room on the 11th floor taking girls underwear thats very creepy none of the victims would talk to us on camera. the police report lists 4 names but one of the victims belives there's more. in an email alert sent out by an resident assisant it reads in part...over the past few weeks we have had numerous residents informing us that they have had their laundry stolen . if you have noticed any laundry missing or have seen any laundry being stolen please stop by my room or text me and let me know! i mean i was a little weary about it cause i don't want someone taking my uderwear one of the victims told me she had all

3-year-old daughter and leaving her home alone while he went to a local casino. kraal wiggins was charged with child endangering. court records show he left the little girl home alone for an extended period of time. he pleaded no contest in court today. the man in charge of campus safety at thomas more college is behind bars tonight, facing child porn charges. according to covington police, 52-year old robert marshall had 36 images of children engaging in sexual personal marshall was arrested earlier campus of the school. someone in a position of trust would take part in that kind of activity. it's very unfortunate for the community, but we'll leave that up to the tell us the marshall started two years ago after a witness reported seeing the graphic images

from one disturbing case to another. a local teenage boy was found guilty earlier today of raping an intoxicated 14 year old girl. according to court documents, the 14-year old boy sexually assaulted the girl at a party... after a football game. the warren county prosecutor tells us both teenagers were students, here at springboro highschool. "if you ever needed an example of why underage parties are always a bad idea, this is your prime example. you have young poeple making errors in judgement, in terms of putting themselves at risk by drinking too much, to the point they're not able to determine what is going on the teen will be sentenced on feb. 3. an arrest - tonight after a deadly shooting outside hard times bar... earlier this month in hamilton.. 24-year-old charles mcdonald was arrested by hamilton police on a murder warrant for his alleged involvement in the fatal shooting of

according to his arrest report, he faces charges of murder, felonious assault and two counts of aggravated assault. goens was found outside in the parking lot ... with a gunshot wound to the chest earlier this month.. he died at the hospital. another man was grazed - but is ok. still no word on what led to the shooting. a man is now indicted for obstructing official business... after police say he tried to pass a dog off as his own dog-- a dog that was under a court order to be put down. police say this man jason dotson.. owned a dog that vicously attacked a service dog... that dog was supposed to be put down... but dotson adopted another dog as a decoy. an scpa worker caught on - and flagged police. an officer - facing charges and now we're getting our first look at the cincinnati police officer - indicted for a felony count of theft in office..

hospital and closed the road for hours. tonight, a good samaritan who pulled one of the victims to safety, is sharing his story. fox19 now's megan o'rourke is live at u-c medical center with the update. the victim you just mentioned, 65 year-old michael puckett, is still here at u-c medical center. hospital staff could only tell me that puckett was in fair condition tonight...likely thanks to the quick actions of strangers. even before deputies arrived at the accident scene...they knew it was bad. :07-:20 "boone county 911? uh, yes...i'm on 237. there was a car apparently going on the opposite side of traffic" cruiser cameras captured the flames shooting from 65 year-old michael puckett's truck, moments after investigators say he was hit head on by a wrong way driver. 1:20:40- :53 "the entire hood was on fire. it only took....i called at 5:18
