the stabbing happened-- but officers were told it may have happened in winton terrace. the victim is in critical condition. new this morning new this morning... police have identified the man and woman who were struck by a metro bus in hyde park square. emily and her dad stephen frank were hit by a metro bus while crossing in a crosswalk in hyde park last night around 7:30. it happened right at the intersectin of erie and edwards road. her dad died at the scene..he was 73 years old. at last check, emily frank was in serious, but stable condition at u-c medical center. no passengers were on the bus on at the time. no one else was hurt. cincnnati police say this is an ongoing investigation.
