neighborhoods to get some special treatment from the city of cincinnati. today, city officials made the announcement that the two spots will be part of this year's neighborhood enhancement program. it's a 90 day program aimed at improving quality of life for residents by focusing on crime, cleaning up the streets and beautifying landscapes! the transport for ethan couch arrived after a long trip from mexico city. he's now on his way to dallas where he'll face charges of skipping out on his probation. couch made headlines a few years ago when he was only given probation in a d-u-i crash that killed four people. take a look at this... a kansas police chief is being hailed a hero after his dash cam captured him saving the life of a crash victim. as you can see, when the officer arrived, the car was engulfed, and the driver was lying motionless on the ground nearby. police say they suspect the man was trying to take his own life. chief corey murrison dragged the victim away... just moments before ammunition inside the car exploded! chief corey murrison, linn valley police dept.
